Eurythmy (Moving Together) with Bride Alona McWilliam

Eurythmy is an art of movement that engages the whole human being. It plays an important role as a performance art, social/pedagogical tool and therapy in integrative healthcare worldwide. It aims to harmonize and strengthen the person’s physical, emotional, and individual well-being though intentional and enlivening gestures of visible speech and music.

Bride Alona McWilliam, M.Ed., is a professional Therapeutic Eurythmist
specializing in individualized movement therapy for healing and wellbeing, with extensive experience as a group facilitator and international performer. She is a graduate of Eurythmy Spring Valley, NY, and of Alanus/Oslo Universities, from which she received her Master of Education diploma (specializing in Eurythmy Therapy). She practices Eurythmy Therapy in private practice at the Denver Center for Anthroposophic Therapies and also with students at the Denver Waldorf School. In her performance work, she recently collaborated with HealAurt on Saguaro: A Story about a Cactus, a living arts play of colored light, music, word, and Eurythmy, which premiered in LA in early 2026. She lives near Denver, CO, with her feline companions, and when not tending to Eurythmy, enjoys reading memoirs, pulling weeds, learning line-dancing, and cold plunging in Clear Creek. She looks forward to deepening community engagement and inspiration for all ages in her 1:1 Eurythmy Therapy practice, group classes, and performances.

Frank also serves as a representative on the North American Collegium of the School of Spiritual Science (Anthroposophy), for the section for the Spiritual Striving of Youth.
