Farm Update from Bryn – May 19th
Summer is coming!! We have been very busy planting and trying to keep up with the seemingly infinite weeds plaguing the farm. In classic Colorado fashion, the weather has been all over the place with extreme winds, rainstorms, and dry spells. Luckily, the plants are survivors and won’t let a little weather get them down! The lilacs bloomed just in time for Mother’s Day, and the yellow roses have just begun to bloom. It is exciting to see color on the farm after the winter.

All of the animals are doing well, the sheep have been ready for actual plants to graze on in the pastures for a while now! Tending to all the different plants and animals is as challenging as it is rewarding, but it is so worth it to see the fruits of our labors. It is the busiest and most hands-on time of year, and it is amazing!
